The agreement between you and us when you use Red Urchin — written to be read, not skimmed past.
Last updated: 6 August 2026
Red Urchin is a time and priority management service provided by Pure Limits Pty Ltd (Australia) ("we", "us"), available at go.red-urchin.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. You must be at least 16 years old.
You need an account with a verified email address. Keep your password confidential — you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at go@red-urchin.com if you believe your account has been compromised. One person per account; you may use your account on multiple devices.
Everything you put into Red Urchin — tasks, pages, notes, attachments — is yours. We claim no ownership. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, sync, back up and display your content to you, which is what the service is. You can export your data at any time (Settings → Backup), and you are responsible for the legality of the content you store.
Don't use Red Urchin to: break the law; store or distribute malicious code; infringe others' rights; attempt to access other users' data or probe, overload or disrupt the service; resell the service; or use another user's credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these rules, with notice where practicable.
You can optionally connect Google or Microsoft 365 to display your calendar and link contacts. These connections are governed by those providers' own terms, work at your direction, and can be disconnected any time in Settings. As described in our Privacy Policy, your calendar and contact data flows directly between your browser and the provider — it does not pass through our servers. We aren't responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services.
We aim to keep Red Urchin available at all times, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis: occasional downtime for maintenance, updates or events outside our control will happen. The app's offline mode means your data on a device stays usable during interruptions. We may improve or change features over time; if we ever discontinue the service we will give at least 60 days' notice so you can export your data.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under laws that can't be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that: we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits or lost business); our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim; and you're responsible for maintaining exports of data critical to you (we make this easy). Where liability can't be excluded but can be limited, it's limited to re-supplying the service or the cost of doing so.
You may stop using Red Urchin and cancel at any time. To delete your account and data entirely, email us as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms; if we do so other than for breach or non-payment, we'll refund any prepaid amount covering the period after termination.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app, and the updated date above will change. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them; if you don't, cancel before they do.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Questions, complaints or notices: go@red-urchin.com. We'd rather fix a problem than argue about it — please contact us first and we'll do our best to sort it out.
